We can't impress on you strongly enough that you are the person that keeps you healthy. This is a rule that will help keep you on the right track.

DO NOT IGNORE ANY CHANGE WITH YOUR HEALTH


Change might be that you feel well, "Better than I have in a long time." GREAT! BUT, if you feel different don't ignore it.

This can be:


  • A feeling of fatigue, "At the end of the day I feel washed out".
  • A change in your breathing, "I just can't climb those stairs like I use to".
  • A change in angina or discomfort, "It feels different now". "It came on when I was walking two days in a row".
  • Any discomfort at rest or during the night, "I woke up last night with a pain in my chest".
  • A feeling of lightheadedness or dizziness, "I am feeling fuzzy today".

 

Keep yourself healthy by listening to the messages your body gives you and letting your doctor know if there are any changes.
