The Foothills Brass Quintet

This group of five talented musicians is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this very year. They have just completed a North American tour of Southern Ontario, Maritime Provinces and Florida. Their toe-tapping show Bourbon Street to Broadway will take us on a musical journey through the beginnings of Jazz, Dixieland, Ragtime, Blues and Swing. Audiences will be inspired by the sounds of the greatest jazz composers, such as George Gershwin and Jelly Roll Morton. Classic favourites include, “Alexander’s Ragtime Band”, “Mac the Knife”, and the “Entertainer”. Delight in the Broadway tunes such as “Ain’t Misbehavin”, “Ol Man River” and Henri Mancini’s famous “Pink Panther”.

Join the fun. Get your tickets soon and support the Volunteer Association to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
