On Thursday, June 18, 2009, Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre held its Annual Meeting of the Corporation. Three, three-year vacancies were filled.

Returning to the Board of Directors for a three-year term are: Angèle Brunelle, Susan Fraser Wilson and Steve Henderson.

Continuing their terms of office on the Board are: Sharon Cole Paterson, Gil Labine, Ron Nelson, Stella Rose Osawamick-Hogan, Ingrid Parkes, Jay Storeshaw, and Nancy Veal.

The 15 member Board includes the following ex-officio Directors:

Dr. Gordon Porter, Vice President, Medical and Academic Affairs/Chief of Staff
Ron Saddington, President and CEO
Dr. Stephen French, President, Medical Staff
Dr. Gabriel Mapeso, Vice President, Medical Staff
Dr. Roger Strasser, Dean, Northern Ontario School of Medicine
