We’re are located in the Main Lobby of the Health Science Centre. As you enter via the main entrance turn right and we are beside the information booth, on the left.

Q. What can I do to easily update my donor information with you?

If you would like to update your name, address, phone number, you can easily access our Update Your Donor Information form on this site, or call us at (807) 684-7107 and let us know your changes.

Q. Will the TBRHS Foundation send out cards in honour or in memory of an individual?

Yes, our donors often give in memory or in honour of their friends and loved ones. When a donation is made we send out a notification to the family or individual that is being honoured, acknowledging your generous donation.

Q. How can I get a copy of your Annual Report?

If you are at the Health Sciences Centre, visit us at the Foundation Office and we would be pleased to provide you with one or call us at (807) 684-7107 and we will send one out to you.

Q. Who do I contact if I want to run an event on behalf of the Health Sciences Centre and Foundation?

Q. How can I be assured my personal information will not be traded or sold to another group/organization?

Our donor information is confidential and not traded or sold to anyone. Donor information is used for Foundation fundraising purposes only. If at anytime you wish to be removed from our list, please call 684-7107 or write to us at 980 Oliver Rd. Thunder Bay, ON, P7B 6V4.
