The responses to the survey are anonymous. TBRHSC does not know who responded to the survey.

What information does TBRHSC get from the survey?

TBRHSC receives a monthly and quarterly report showing how well patients rated the service and care they received. No patient names are included in the report.

How long will it take to answer the survey?

Can someone help me fill out the survey?

Yes. A family member or friend can assist the patient. They can even fill out the survey if they are familiar with the care that was given.
