A formal tender process through the Purchasing Department occurs above the $100,000 threshold, or if deemed necessary by the responsible buyer.

TBRHSC will post all larger RFQ's, RFP's, and RFI'st on www.biddingo.com; any addendums and award notifications will be posted on "Biddingo" as well. All documents must be downloaded from this site. It is the vendors responsibility to register with "Biddingo".
