Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) values transparency

Academic Health Sciences Centre with a regional mandate.
TBRHSC has an existing policy in place for executive compensation
to ensure standardized and appropriate compensation of its
executives. TBRHSC’s philosophy on compensation includes
competitive positioning by targeting a range that is the average
of 300 to 500 bed hospitals.

Summary of Pay and Benefits - TBRHSC Senior Management
Team
Members of TBRHSC Senior Management Team participate in the
Management Benefit Program that is available to all non-union
managers. Below is a summary of those benefits. This information
will supplement the posted letters and contracts. Members
of the Senior Management Team (with the exception of CEO)
receive an extra one week vacation to compensate for “on-call”
rotation. Listed below are the provisions that vary from the
Management Benefit Program.
